Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Fresh berries and nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, and milk in a glass jar.
  2. Add yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla if using.
  3. Stir well or shake the jar with the lid on until fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir again and add your favorite fresh toppings.
  6. Enjoy cold directly from the jar.

Notes
