2 cups fresh blueberries
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup crumbled cheese
4 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse blueberries and place in a large bowl.
  2. Slice peaches and add to bowl.
  3. Crumble cheese over the fruit.
  4. Add washed and dried mixed greens.
  5. Sprinkle chopped red onion.
  6. Scatter chopped walnuts.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt for dressing.
  8. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  9. Gently toss to combine.
  10. Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve.
